Appointments
Please call the office to make an appointment in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so that we may use that time for other patients in need of medical care. We make every effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience and understanding if we are late due to emergencies.
Fees & Payments
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment of services at the time they are rendered.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for your convenience.
If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will submit a claim to your insurance company. However, payment is the responsibility of the patient. All co-payments will be collected prior to seeing the physician.
Prescriptions & Renewals
Please request all prescriptions and authorizations for renewals between 8:30am to 3:00pm, Monday – Friday. When you call 210-616-0462, dial extension 11 and you will be directed to our medication line. The doctor taking call for the evenings or on weekends does not refill medications so be sure to call before the deadlines on medication renewals as mentioned above.
